Caliber is undoubtedly one of the essential tools that every owner of an eReader must have and know how to handle in order to be able to get the most out of the device we have in our hands and that on many occasions and thanks to this great program it can be used for many other things besides reading books.

Today we present the interesting function of to be able to read the newspapers of half the world and on a daily basis in our electronic book thanks to Caliber without also having to worry about downloading them since Caliber will do it for us.

By this simple tutorial we are going to configure, through Caliber, our device, whatever it is to be able to read newspapers on our eReader. The steps to follow are those:

  • First of all, it is essential to make sure that in the Caliber configuration you have the one that your reader preferably uses as the output format.
  • On the main Caliber screen, look for the icon "Download News (RSS)" and press it to display a menu with two options where we must press "Planned news download"

  •  By pressing any language and any newspaper we can configure download scheduling (time and frequency with which they are carried out, for example).

Once configured each time we connect our reader, Caliber will send the file with the downloaded newspapers ready to read.

    hello until a week ago I could download the newspaper page 12 through caliber and now it gives me an error, I tried another newspaper and I have also uninstalled Caliber and reinstalled it and it continues to give error
