Summary:

The eReader par excellence, with which Amazon offers us an unbeatable experience.

Summary:

Carrefour has done magic with its eReader and offers us a balanced and ideal device to enjoy reading.

Starting with the design of the device, The size of the Paperwhite is somewhat larger and it is also heavier compared to the Nolimbook +. In addition, the black Amazon eReader allows us to pass discreetly anywhere, however the Carrefour eReader is much more striking, but also in our beautiful opinion, although what really matters to us is being able to read in a « comfortable »the external appearance does not interest us too much.

The screen of both devices would get a very high grade in any test, although we believe that the Kindle Paperwhite could get a tenth more compared to the Nolimbook + thanks to its definition of the screen and especially the sharpness it has. The integrated light is very good in both devices and we could not decide which is better.

In terms of power and speed both e-books are outstanding and it is difficult once again to declare a winner in this section.

Conclusion

In its day, the Kindle Paperwhite seemed to us an outstanding eReader with a price that has been lowered in recent times, and that we believe is very interesting (€ 129). The Nolimbook + has also left us a great feeling, and with a lower price, 99 euros, we think it is an outstanding eReader and whom we have decided to declare the winner of this duel for the following reasons; its design away from the serious and boring dark colors, for its screen that offers an experience different from what has been seen so far, which also has a very high definition and for the speed with which it loads eBooks.

We know that many of you like the notes, but we are aware that it is very difficult to put them, but so that you can have a reference, we could give the Carrefour eReader a score of 8,2, since although it has many positive points it should improve others, and a score of 8,1 on Amazon's Kindle Paperwhite. With this we want you to get an idea that these devices are excellent.

Who is the winner of the Kindle Paperwhite Vs Nolimbook + for you?.

It sounds more like a publicity than a serious analysis

Good morning Erik, I can assure you that there is no publicity and what you read in the article is our opinion and assessment of the device.

      A greeting!

You just have to wait for the components to be of good quality. I mean battery mostly. I've been with the Kindle 3 since it came out and zero problems. Friends with "white" marks, dead batteries after 2 years, or that last a very short time.

    1.    Villamandos said

The device itself looks very good, but of course you would have to test the battery in depth to find out.

      A greeting!

Watching the videos of the analyzes it is incomprehensible to me how the Carrefour one can win, except commission. It is true that I have not tested it, but in the analysis it is seen how the touch seems to respond quite badly, having to repeat the gestures on many occasions because the device does not respond. The light doesn't seem very uniform to me either.

Only thorough use of the device will give us a glimpse of how good the nolimbook + is. It seems like one more on the market to me.

      Good morning!

This analysis has been carried out freely, and neither Carrefour has paid us, nor has it asked us for anything, and we have even returned the eReader they loaned us.

Testing the two devices as I have tried them, I believe, in my opinion, that Carrefour's eReader is better, due to its design, its screen, its price and its compatibility of formats, but as I said, they are two very good devices both of them.

Perhaps, you should test both devices before accusing us that we have charged commission. And if you try them and you keep thinking the same, it will be an opinion as valid as ours and not for that we will say that you have received a commission from Amazon.

      A greeting!

We'll see. Do not take this the wrong way. I repeat that I have not tried it and obviously my analysis is of no value. But when you compare a device with the kndle paperwhite and it is said that the new model wins, you have to be very conscientious about why it wins, since we are comparing the device with the best in the world recognized market (or one of the best two, no one is going to freak out).

And I see nothing in your analysis except to say that it is better almost from the beginning. And on top of that, a video is put in which it does not compare with the paperwhite next to it and in which practically no analysis is done other than to see how it looks and that it turns on and turns pages and that by chance of life or nervousness the touch fails on multiple occasions.

To say that it is better so quickly I would have liked a thorough review, comparing the two devices hand by hand and above all by testing well the software that is one of the keys to an ebook and where Amazon has polished it a lot (dictionaries, navigation, x -ray, etc).

This is what I would have liked, as a reader, for a website called ma to say todoereaders. If something is considered to be the top of the range and it is said that it is better, it is better to reason and show why to invite me to try said product.

The statement that it is better than a kindle still seems very hasty to me, because it costs less, it has light, it reads more formats and it also has sd. Because that is fulfilled by the majority of contenders and not even sw approach the majority. To say that the nolimbook + looks very good in relation to quality / price with the promising impressions is another thing.

This reader is a booken clone, the cybook muse. I have read through the forums that it does not save the reading position in the books, you must save one or none, they said that I do not know if it will be true. If he is the reader, it is to be thrown away until they fix that.

Fremen x-ray does not matter if I know something curious, in Spain there is not a fucking book that uses it. Summary that is not a feature to praise, at least in Spain.

    Regarding features:

Weight: cybook gains 190 vs 210

PPP's: it seems that the cybok has more ppps, therefore for the ppps lover this one will seem a better reader than the paperwhite. Although for those who fight it like me, it is not something that I am going to fix too much on. For example, the voyage is the one that has the most dpi's and for the price that the reader gives, I seem to waste money. And more with the Amazon firmware that does not allow to fatten the sources or put the ones you want.

Frontight: from what you say in the video it seems that it is achieved like the one with the paperwhite, although in the video they are shaded at the bottom I do not know if it will be because of the video.

White VS black: apple fashion made white fashionable and it is cool, but black is often recommended to improve reading. Amazon was criticized when it switched to light gray on touch.

The video as a review of the device I must say that it is not worth a damn, sorry, but it is like that. You shoot most of the video with carrefour, no wonder they tell you that you have charged, but you don't even see them: the reading settings, margins, fonts, handling of different formats, line spacing, you can't see how it looks they take notes, dictionaries are not visible, they do not say anything about battery life, firmware stability, touch operation ...

Anyway, Amazon is going to stay out of the ereader market. Right now they can only be recommended for their great after-sales service, but they haven't improved their scan engine in years, and it shows. And readers with an open android system are going to have a snack, and not because they can be used as a tablet that will not be able to be used, but because they allow the installation of reading engines, dictionaries, etc. For example Mantano, Moon +,… They just lack better hardware in forntlight and battery life. And on the other hand, Kobo is releasing readers with great hardware, which, although closed system like Kindle, far surpasses Kindle in everything except dictionaries (including the voyage saving the roll of dpi's that have no interest in a reader. to the level they are now).

In summary, the characteristics put on paper are better, but it should be seen working, which is not seen in your video. And from what I have read in forums, I would not be the reader who would buy me. I find the energy reader pro clone of the boyue t62 with android 4.2 more interesting and it works really well although it suffers from not so good frontlight and the battery issue but it is something they are working on.

    Good.

I have tried the Nolim and I have not seen a dictionary or translator. You could confirm me for sure if they have these options. It really is something very important to keep in mind.

    Thank you very much.

Mine, the simplest, does not recognize the books I entered. The library, the books, everything to zero ... Yes, it detects them connected to the laptop. I can't even create the account again. It does not save the wifi and I have had to type it several times. Greetings.
