The Spanish brand Wolder has recently launched a new eReader model, an eReader called miBuk Mirage. This device updates the new range of Wolder eReaders that started with the Harmony model.

The new miBuk Mirage has a 6-inch screen with a resolution of 1024 x 758 pixels with E-Ink Pearl technology. In addition, this screen has lighting and is tactile.

The processor is from Freescale and contains 256 MB of ram. The internal storage of this eReader is 8 Gb that can be expanded through a slot for microsd cards. The battery of this device is 2.000 mAh, a greater capacity than the miBuk Harmony battery and more than enough to give an autonomy of more than a month although it may vary depending on the use we give this eReader. The formats that this eReader recognizes are the following: PDF, TXTE, PUB, PDB, MOBI, RTF, HTM, HTML, ZIP, FB2 and DOC.
The operating system is proprietary, that is, We will not be able to use reading service apps as it does not have Android, as in other eReaders models, for example in the Onyx Boox models.
The cost of miBuk Mirage is 119 euros, a fairly high price if we take into account that the technology of the screen is quite old as well as the difference with miBuk Harmony.
A priori, The differences lie in a touch screen and a larger battery, something that for many may be more than enough but not for others. Luana, I agree with you. The MiBuk Mirage is not sold accompanied by a user manual, it only has a quick-use brochure in which they «explain» what the on / off button and the «Back» button are for. On the Wolder website they have me said there is no user manual. Being a touch screen I have only been able to find out that touching it turns the page. I just bought a miBukMirage and I am outraged. It is unacceptable that nowadays, with the bloody miBukMirage, the size of the font cannot be adjusted, a function as elementary as writing with black on white, preventing millions of books from being read.
