Inadvisable. Although the device works well with the buttons, it is slow and locks every two minutes. The screen is totally or partially darkened and not letting continue reading. You have plenty of card if you can't even manage the internal memory. The names of the books do not appear complete when choosing the icon and you have to increase the font size to the maximum to be able to see something.

Hello, I had exactly the same problem as you, but with a SAPIENS MINI (4,3 ″). I sent it to the technical service with the black screen and they answered by e-mail that the screen was broken (they sent a photo of an ebook with the screen cracked), being that the one that I sent them the screen was perfect. They asked me 35 Eur. To repair it. Bottom line: bad product and technical service… no words to rate it.

Terrible product and poor technical service. I changed the book three times and the third book got stripes down the middle of the screen. I called for service and was told that the repair was not covered by the warranty. They charged me 70 euros. A shame. I did not use it for a month and it cost me 79 euros. Terrible ... I bought the Sapiens first and the next day I had to change it for another because the on / off button did not work.
