At the time of reading we could say that each person is an authentic world and there are those who love to read lying in bed, covered up to their ears and with sleep lurking. However, there are others who prefer to read throughout the day, when they can still think and process what they read clearly, on the sofa, in the kitchen or even in the bathroom, one of the favorite places for almost everyone to read a few sheets of that book that we are devouring.
I can say that I have tried to stick with the pillows and sleep in bed, I have tried to read in the discomfort of a bathroom and I have even fought with the sand and the children trying to enjoy a book on the beach. Do not give it more laps or search, there is nothing like the pleasure of reading in a comfortable sofa.
Also, it is not that I say it, it is that many studies from different institutions say it that have shown many things about this subject so debated on several occasions. The position on a comfortable sofa is unbeatable for reading and also allows us in most cases to be clear to read and understand what we read, something that for example does not usually happen too many times if we read when we are "lying" in bed and about to fall asleep due to the dream that devours us after a hard day's work.
Unfortunately, on many occasions our day to day does not allow us to sit on a sofa to enjoy a book and we have to end up reading at any time and corner. Of course, if you have that free time to read, sitting on a comfortable sofa, do not waste it and get the most out of it.
