It has been almost three years since the New York Times newspaper launched its own mobile app in which he showed his latest news and news that were published according to the tastes of the users. This app was revolutionary in its time, but it is true that it is currently having little success, if not none.
It is perhaps for this reason that the management of the famous newspaper has announced that next month it will close the service of this app as well as remove it from the appstores in which it is located. NYT Now will cease to exist although we can say that its technology will not.

And this is what possibly has made NYT News disappear, as these apps offer the same, but support and maintenance does not have to be done by the New York Times so leaving the apps in other companies makes the media save money or even earn it as many publishers who use other apps claim.
