miBuk Life 2, a powerful eReader without much success

wolder

Today we present you, the myBuk Life 2 for the Wolder company one of the most interesting eReaders on the market in terms of performance, specifications and price, but for reasons that we do not know and cannot understand, it has not had the expected reception in the market.

It is a reader that has been specially designed to facilitate the reading of practically any type of document and that also allows the music file playback, which many users see as absolutely essential in a device of this type.

We face an eReader that has already been on the market for some time but that we have considered very opportune to present to you, since although it does not have a WiFi connection or is tactile, it can be a very interesting model due to its power and characteristics, as well as the large number of documents that it can support.

Its price of 109 euros in the official Wolder store is also an aspect to have very found since although it is not among the cheapest on the market, it is very much in line with the benefits it offers. It is also possible to find the "inferior" model to this device at a lower price and with the only appreciable difference in the amount of internal memory.

Opinion freely

Without a doubt we are facing a great device to which we could attribute two small negative aspects, the first of them is that is not touch and the second that does not have WiFi connectivity but other very good functions and characteristics are counteracted, its great finishes, its weight, the large number of supported formats or the multitude of editing options that we can do on our digital books are some of the positive points of this device.

Maybe there are much better eReaders on the market, at a higher price but without a doubt the miBuk Life 2 is a great device to take into account when buying an e-book.

600 × 800 dpi, 400 Mhz, no wi-fi, no touch Powerful? and for 109 euros ... the strange thing is that they have sold one

    I think like Vioctorq

Worse specs even than the Avanbt 3 EVo that I just commented on and let alone the basic $ 79 Kindle

Moreover, we are not going to change the brand and we are going to compare it with the Wolder Boox-S, which is a clone of the 60 Onyx Boox 2009S (yes, of TWO THOUSAND NINE), and which was the basic Onyx model (yes the basic one). ). Well the 2009 Boox has better hardware in some aspects and identical in others than the current Life2 !!!

    -similar display technology

-no wifi or touch on both

-but better CPU in the 2009 Wolder Boox-S !!!

And if we compare it with the top of the range of 2009, the Boox "just", a clone of the Onyx Boox 60 instead of being the 60S, it turns out that the Boox "top of the range" of 2009 added Wi-Fi and a touch screen

And I say, wouldn't it be logical that a basic model currently on sale should be similar to or superior to a 2009 top of the range? And in any case much higher than the basic of 2009?
Of course, if they sold it for € 50 or € 60, I would not say anything, eh

They gave it to me a few years ago. A good point is that the pdf reads them wonderfully. The worst thing about it is that it is very slow to turn it on and to turn the page. The memory thing is also the best.
