In 1997 the first book of the Harry Potter literary saga, written by JK Rowling and that it was the beginning of a worldwide phenomenon, which supposed and continues to suppose the sales of millions of books and the arrival to the cinema of the story of this peculiar magician and his friends. Now and a few years later, it seems that the time has come to renew the covers of the books to make them more attractive in the eyes of everyone, but especially those of the little ones.
I am not very clear that the Harry Potter books need to have an attractive cover, but perhaps for the little ones, who do not yet know this magician, a striking cover may lead them to ask their parents to buy that book.
At the moment there is already a new cover for the first four books of the saga, the most oriented to children, since the following could be a little more reserved for teenagers and other readers. The new covers have been designed by Tiago da Silva who has been the cartoonist commissioned by the Salamandra publishing house for this difficult job.
However, in view of the covers, which you can see throughout this article, the work has been saved with note and that is These new covers have an important fresh air compared to the old covers, and above all they are much more striking.
At the moment in the bookstores you will surely still find yourself with the old books and covers for a while, but very soon the new covers will be available that will surely conquer and seduce many children.

Wow, finally some decent covers for the Spanish version. God, just remembering the original cover that salamander put to the last book in the saga, makes me want to cry: IT LOOKS LIKE A DRAWING MADE BY CHILDREN! and the person in charge was paid millions for making such a bad drawing. But in the end justice will be done because this saga deserves to be treated with the same affection on its covers as they were in its original language.
