Create your own library of eBooks in a private and private cloud

Last week our friends and colleagues at Androidsis offered us an interesting tutorial to create a totally private and free cloud storage space in a peculiar way that I would never have thought of being able to create, but that can be really useful . Today we have decided to bring you that same tutorial here, also giving it a new utility aimed, of course, at the world of digital reading.

This storage space can be practically unlimited and only we will need to have a router that has an input or port available to connect a SUB and a file explorer on our smartphone, Tablet or eReader.

The steps to follow are not too difficult and you have them perfectly detailed in the video that heads this article. With a little attention and a minimum of skill in a few minutes we will be able to have our storage space in the cloud available and that can be used by anyone who has access to our router, which can give many facilities to exchange files or photos between people. of the same family and residing under the same roof.

In addition, we have decided to expand the tutorial of our Androidsis friends a little more and we have thought that this space in the cloud that we have created, can be the ideal resource to have our own digital library accessible to everyone and without taking up space on our hard drive or internal memory.

In my case, for example, I have decided to create a 500GB cloud storage space by plugging a hard drive of that capacity into my router and I have decided to create two folders in it, one for data and another that I have called "Library". In this folder I have stored all my books in digital format that are already accessible to all members of my family in a fast, simple and free way.

In order to create this digital library in the cloud, it is essential that you install on all devices, whether they are tablets, smartphones or eReaders, a file explorer from which you have access to the "Library" folder.

Do you think it might be useful to create your own storage space in the cloud and mount a digital library on it?.
