Will bluetooth 5 appear on 2017 eReaders?

eReader Kindle

It's been a long time since the new Bluetooth standard is among us, bluetooth 5 And many believe that it will be an item that will be in our eReaders launching next year.

Above all, many believe that Bluetooth 5 will be present in future Kindle models, something that may be likely due to the TTS technologies that Amazon wants to incorporate into its models soon. Not forgetting that in 2016 several eReaders with bluetooth have already appeared, despite the fact that users cannot use it on some occasions.

Bluetooth 5 is a new version that increases the radius of action in addition to offering faster exchange rates and lower energy consumption. These characteristics are what make many think that Amazon would incorporate it into their eReaders so that users can better execute TTS technologies.

Bluetooth 5 could connect the new Kindle with television or any other smart device

But it is also interesting because it is a great means of communication between eReaders and other devices such as Amazon Echo speakers or Fire TV, without forgetting tablets, which will undoubtedly have this technology.

I personally believe that the next Amazon eReader, the high-end kindle, yes that will carry Bluetooth 5, a technology that will be implemented among other things to connect with the Amazon Echo or with any other smart device in the house.

Many claim that Bluetooth 5 will allow connection with any device in the house, regardless of the walls and that may be used by Amazon so that users can listen to audiobooks on Amazon Echo through their Kindle. In any case, this is a personal opinion, something that may be quite different from reality, as has happened previously. But, What do you think? Do you think the new Kindle will have Bluetooth 5?

Well, it would be fine although I would prefer that the ereaders incorporate a speaker directly. Of course, I understand that this way I would increase the weight…. and the Kindle Touch was not very good to say (it was heard quite low).
