Craig Lam has tried to go one step further to this software and created from it a laptop called Scripto that is ideal for writers and writing professionals who want to work without distractions.

Scripto uses a Pi Zero board, a reduced version of Raspberry Pi and a Pixel Qi display. This means that the user can read without any problem and also that the device consumes little energy that results an autonomy of more than 10 hours with a standard battery.
Scripto has a qwerty keyboard with a touchpad and a printable cover that can be interchanged like the covers of the old mobiles.
